M4rtyr is about the moments where you’re pushed to the edge and have to decide if you’re willing to sacrifice everything to change. It’s a raw look at the tension between holding on to who you are and letting go to become something new. Sometimes, it feels like a choice, other times it’s just what’s left after everything falls apart. This piece is my own reflection on the struggle to rise from the ashes, to shed the parts of yourself that don’t serve you anymore, even if it means feeling broken in the process.
